“Après-Bike” During Summer and Winter
January 28, 2026
Cycling enthusiasts can’t get enough of the adrenaline rush that comes with riding down hills and trails, no matter the season. In summer, they hop on their road or mountain bikes, and in winter, they swap them for fat bikes. Here are our best tips to make the most of your bike outing… and the gourmet relaxation that follows!

Where Can You Bike in Orford?
At Mont-Orford, of course! Located right across from Burger Pub, it’s the logical choice for a mountain or fat bike outing in the area.
Even better, you can take advantage of the shuttle service that brings you from the Espace 4 Saisons hotel to the base of the mountain, with two departures per day. Head out to explore the many fat bike trails of varying difficulty levels, or mountain bike trails once the warm days arrive.
You didn’t bring your equipment? No problem. You can rent a bike, summer or winter, at Le Cerisier discovery and service center. No reservation is required for this equipment; simply show up during opening hours.
Missing something for your ride? Need an adjustment? Or you just feel like shopping for a new bike? Head to Boutique SkiVélo, ideally located at the base of the Orford slopes. The experts on site will be happy to advise you.
Where Do We Eat After Our Ride?
If skiers have their après-ski, why shouldn’t cyclists have their après-bike? Head to Burger Pub, the ultimate sports restaurant to satisfy your hunger—and your thirst!—after a day spent hiking the trails.

For lighter appetites, you’ll find a selection of snacks that pair perfectly with a cold beer, such as corn dogs, a giant pretzel, homemade fries, chicken wings, and even a delicious French onion soup topped with melted cheese, perfect for warming you up. Since it’s important to stay hydrated after physical activity, don’t forget to wash it all down with a large glass of water!
For those whose appetite knows no limits… and because you need to refill your energy reserves with carbs, protein, and fats: we also offer decadent burgers (rumour has it they’re the best in Orford!), poutine, ribs, and many other specialties.
Psst! Every Thursday during winter, it’s raclette night at the Pub. Served on a plate to share (or not), on poutine or in a burger, you’ll enjoy a generous helping of freshly melted local cheese. This should feel like après-ski in the Swiss Alps, right?
Extend the fun by staying at Espace 4 Saisons hotel. You can relax in a comfortable room… and hit the trails again the next day!
